Monica listened perfectly to what I wanted, respected the long hair (you know how you say 2 inches and somehow 3 or 4 comes off?). Two inches was 2 inches....I said 'no bleachy blonde highlights, I want subtle.' She took the time to compare many hair swatches with me until we found the perfect trio of shades, and I left with really pretty, shiny, multi-dimensional hair!  I couldn't have been more pleased.
