Re-do & Product Exchange Policy:
I strive to offer my clients consistent customized results with the highest level of satisfaction. If any adjustments are desired please notify me within 7 days of your visit & I am happy to make the adjustments with no additional charge. If you would like a result that is different than we agreed upon, these adjustments can be made, but may incur a charge for time & product.

Unused/unopened retail products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Used/opened products may be eligible for exchange for a partial value within 30 days of purchase.

Cancelation & Reschedule Policy:
Your appointment is very important to me & I understand that schedule adjustments can be necessary. Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a rebooking fee. This courtesy helps me fill open times with my cancellation/waiting list & allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If 48 hours notice is not given a fee of 50% (if less than 24 hours is given a fee of 100%) of the service(s) scheduled must be paid before rebooking &/or your next scheduled appointment. Thank you for your cooperation. This includes no shows & missed appointments.

COVID-19 Update: Hair Salons are open for all services indoors with extra sanitation & face coverings. Please confirm your appointment A.S.A.P. when prompted to let me know that you're planning to come in. If you are not able to keep your appointment for any reason please let me know A.S.A.P. This will allow me to offer the appointment to someone else that is waiting to get in. At this time regulations only allow me to service one client at a time, to reduce overcrowding & increase safety which also makes time & space more limited.

Before your appointment I will email you a required symptom screening form that can filled out virtually. If you're not able to keep your appointment, because you have had any symptoms in the past 14 days, might be getting sick, you're sick, or have been exposed to someone that is sick please contact me A.S.A.P to reschedule/cancel & the regular rebooking fee will be waived through 12/31/2020 to help keep everyone well.

Late Arrival Policy:
I strive to be punctual and always do my best to reach out if I’m running behind. I appreciate this from my clients too. If you are running late, please let me know your ETA ASAP. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment with the time available. However, late appointments in excess of 10 minutes and no shows will be considered cancellations as defined above.
