Cancelation & Reschedule Policy:
Your appointment is very important to me & I understand that schedule adjustments can be necessary. Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a rebooking fee. This courtesy helps me fill open times with my cancellation/waiting list & allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If 48 hours notice is not given a fee of 50% (if less than 24 hours is given a fee of 100%) of the service(s) scheduled must be paid before rebooking &/or your next scheduled appointment. This includes no shows & missed appointments. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.
Late Arrival Policy:
I strive to be punctual and always do my best to reach out if I’m running behind. I appreciate this from my clients too. If you are running late, please let me know your ETA ASAP. If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment with the time available. However, late appointments in excess of 10 minutes and no shows will be considered cancellations as defined above. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
